I have been reporting for newspapers in Virginia and Massachusetts since 2008. I currently live and work in Richmond, Va, where I cover state government for the Virginia Mercury, take pictures and fly drones. I've previously written for the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Style Weekly, The Berkshire Eagle and the Rockbridge Advocate.
